Your place holds a story. We're here to bring it to life.

From forgotten corners to iconic landmarks, every site has a past worth feeling. Today’s audiences don’t just want to learn, they want to feel. To see. To step inside.
We turn heritage into experience through interaction, emotion, and immersion.

Our Awards & Achievements

2018 – Our story began with a walk.

At SENSEcity, we believe every historic site holds a story waiting to be told. Founded in 2018 by architect and visionary Pooja Katara, our journey began with a simple yet profound idea: to bridge the gap between the past and the present through immersive technology. Pooja's passion for travel and art led to the creation of SENSEcity Walks, an augmented reality (AR) walking tour that reimagined urban exploration.

Turning toward heritage

As we delved deeper into the realm of cultural heritage, we recognized an opportunity to enhance how people experience history. This realization propelled us to evolve into SENSEcity Immersive Design Studio, expanding our offerings to create bespoke AR and mixed reality experiences for museums, heritage sites, and cultural organizations.

Launching Historiscope

Our flagship innovation, the Historiscope, exemplifies this evolution. Developed in collaboration with Historic Environment Scotland, the Historiscope allows visitors to step back in time, witnessing the stories and events that shaped our historic sites. Through augmented reality, we've breathed new life into ancient ruins, castles, and monuments, enabling visitors to see them as they once were.

Not just preserving the past. Come and see history through a new lens.
